CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Competition (Newsletter)
Organizer
The organizer of the competition is BBG Fashion GmbH, Jöbkesweg 19 - 23, 48599 Gronau, represented by the managing director Marianne Bosch.
Eligibility to participate
Only persons who are resident in Germany or Austria and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Persons who use the competition for unlawful purposes, in particular who enter content that is unlawful and/or infringes the rights of third parties, are excluded. Employees of BBG Fashion GmbH and affiliated companies are also excluded from participation.
Entry period
The competition will run from 24.11.2025 to 21.12.2025. The closing date for entries is therefore 21.12.2025 - entries received after this date will not be considered.
Modalities of participation
Anyone who registers for the monari newsletter will be entered into the competition. Participation takes place via the form provided for this purpose on our website. The participant can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the newsletter.
Prizes
At the end of each term, 4 monari outfits worth 250 euros will be awarded. A cash payment is not possible.
Selection and notification of the winner
The winner will be drawn at the end of the competition period on 30.11.2025, 07.12.2025, 14.12.2025 and 21.12.2025, at the latest 5 working days later, and notified immediately by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration. BBG Fashion GmbH will determine the winner at random by drawing lots from all participants who have registered for the newsletter.
Dispatch of the prize
In order to claim the prize, the winner is obliged to provide us with their name and address within 14 days of being notified of the prize so that we can hand over/send the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
The winner has 12 months after responding to the prize notification to place an order with the desired products in the monari online store. The invoice will then be corrected to the value of 250 euros after the return period has expired, stating the order number. The prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. Conversion into a value voucher is not possible.
Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
BBG Fashion GmbH accepts no liability for material defects or defects of title in the prizes.
Data protection
The data entered by the participant will be processed and used for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Consent to the processing and use of the data can be withdrawn at any time by emailing contact@monari.com. However, this will result in exclusion from the prize draw during the competition. The data will not be shared with third parties.
