    How does the application process work?

    Once we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This way you can be sure that your application has arrived. We will then take a close look at your application. We are particularly interested in the person behind the application, i.e. your personality. We want to meet you and talk to you in person and to give you insights into our everyday work. If you like, we will also give you the opportunity to get to know your future workplace and team before you make your decision, so you can be sure that you will suit us and we will suit you.

    What are the working hours at monari?

    monari offers flexible working hours. Many of our areas do not have core working hours or fixed breaks. In addition, many of our employees can enjoy a short Friday. Our weekly working time is 38.5 hours and is documented to the second by way of a time recording system. So if you lose track of time because you are working on an exciting project, you can start later another day or leave earlier – or both. This helps us to create a better work life balance for each individual.

    What is hybrid working?

    By hybrid working, we mean a symbiosis of working from home and work in the head office. We offer our employees the opportunity to work from home on up to two days a week. The other days, you’ll be in the head office.

    How does onboarding work?

    On your first day, we’ll show you your new place of work. We will take a tour of the head office and warehouse in Gronau and introduce you to some of your new colleagues. Afterwards, you will get a detailed introduction to your department as well as insights into all relevant specialist departments. This will help you get to know the most important people you will be working with.
