Information on returns
Do your ordered goods not fit, or do you not like them?
Of course you have the option of returning the goods within 30 days.
And here’s how it works:
- Enter the reason for the return and the quantity you wish to return on the return slip enclosed with the parcel
- Put the item(s) and the completed return slip in the parcel. The box is fitted with an adhesive strip, so that you can easily close it again.
- Affix the DHL return sticker enclosed with the parcel and take it to your nearest DHL shop.
- Please retain the parcel delivery note from the shipping service provider in case of any subsequent investigations. This makes it easier to make checks in case or enquiries or parcel losses.
We cover the return shipping costs for you, but the transportation risk remains with the buyer. Please pack the items carefully and keep the return receipt. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Please make sure that the goods you wish to return are in the original condition, so that the next customer can be offered goods in perfect condition.
We cannot issue credit notes for worn goods, goods without labels or with stains, as well as goods with perfume, smoke or detergent smell, since we can no longer put them on sale.
If you can’t find the return sticker, please request a new one. In this case, just click on “Request return sticker”. We will then send you a new return sticker via email.
