CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION


    Competition


    Organizer


    The organizer of the competition is BBG Fashion GmbH, Jöbkesweg 19 - 23, 48599 Gronau, represented by the managing director Marianne Bosch.


    Eligibility to participate


    Only persons who are resident in Austria and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Persons who use the competition for unlawful purposes, in particular who enter content that is unlawful and/or infringes the rights of third parties, are excluded. Employees of BBG Fashion GmbH and affiliated companies are also excluded from participation.


    Entry period


    The sweepstakes will take place from May 9, 2025, to May 11, 2025. The deadline for participation is therefore May 11, 2025 – registrations and orders received later will not be considered.


    Modalities of participation


    To participate in the sweepstakes, individuals must place an order with a registered customer account during the promotion period.


    Prizes


    At the end of the campaign, a total of five vouchers worth 50 Euros each from the online flower delivery service fleurop will be awarded. Cash redemption is not possible.


    Selection and notification of the winner


    The winner will be drawn at the end of the sweepstakes period, no later than 5 working days later, and notified immediately via email to the email address provided during registration. BBG Fashion GmbH will randomly select the winner from all participants who completed an order with a registered customer account during the promotion period.


    Dispatch of the prize


    To claim the prize, the winner must provide their name and address within 14 days of being notified, so the prize can be sent/delivered. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, the claim to the prize will expire. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The winner has until March 7, 2028, to place an order on the blomoon online shop. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It cannot be converted into a gift card.


    Legal recourse


    Legal recourse is excluded.


    BBG Fashion GmbH accepts no liability for material defects or defects of title in the prizes.
