Career in stores
From design to the store – our entire collection is designed in our head office in Gronau, Münsterland. Our products are primarily manufactured in Europe and Turkey. Through constant exchange with our producers and regular quality checks, we can guarantee a high-quality product. The routes to our stores from our own logistics centre in Gronau are short. This allows us to react quickly to customer wishes. Many of our customers love monari and have become loyal customers who appreciate our advice and our product.

How does the application process work?
Once we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This way you can be sure that your application has arrived. We will then take a close look at your application. We are particularly interested in the person behind the application, i.e. your personality. We want to meet you and talk to you in person and to give you insights into our everyday work. So you can be sure you’ll be a good fit with us. We also offer you the opportunity to get to know the store first hand so you can get an idea of the work and the team.
Is there a dress code at monari?
At monari we dress casually. We don’t have a mandatory dress code. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in your skin. This is essential especially in sales, and for this reason we support our employees in the stores with four free monari outfits per year.
What are the working hours in the store?
The working hours in our stores are flexible from Monday to Saturday. Shifts are planned monthly so you can easily reconcile your job with your personal life and have a clear overview of when you’ll be working in the store. Our stores usually open between 9am and 10am and are open until 6pm, 7pm or 8pm.
Can I also apply as a career-changer from another industry?

Are the contracts for a limited period of time?
As a rule, you will receive a permanent contract. As our aim is to build up a long and trusting working relationship with you.
