Definitions

Consumer

Any natural person who acts for purposes outside their business activity or professional activity.

Contract

Any distance contract in the context of, and which exclusively uses, an organised system for distance selling such as Monari’s online shop, including changes thereof or additions thereto, which has been formed between Monari and the Customer for the purchase and delivery of products.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the Contract with Monari within 14 days without giving reasons.
This period starts on the day after you or a third party that you have designated, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, or:

- if you have ordered several products in the same order: the day after you take physical possession of the last product;

- if the delivery of goods consists of various shipments or parts: the day after you take physical possession of the last shipment or the last part.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform Monari of your decision to revoke the Contract by means of an unambiguous statement. You may use the model withdrawal form stated below for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. You may e-mail the statement to onlineshop@monari.com or send it by post to Monari’s address stated above.
In order to revoke the Contract, it is sufficient to send your statement on the exercising of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has ended.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke the Contract, we will repay all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from any choice that you made for a different method of delivery than the least expensive method of standard delivery that we offered) as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days of the day on which we received your notification of the revocation of the Contract. To effect this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You do not have to pay any costs for this repayment.

Monari may suspend the repayment until the products have been returned to and received by it, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products to Monari, whichever occurs first.

You must return or present the products to Monari as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days of the day on which you informed us of the revocation of the Contract. The deadline has been met if you send the products before the expiry of the period of 14 days.
Monari bears the costs of returning the products.

You must only pay for any reduction in value of the products if this reduction in value is due to a treatment by you that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of products that after delivery were inextricably mixed with other goods on account of their nature.
